Reuters (sold to Thomson to become Thomson Reuters, the world leader in information), now Nasdaq, and Refinitiv, now an LSEG business).

I worked 13 years for Reuters (1999-2012), and then Thomson Reuters in Global Sales and Customer Service roles, in multiple countries (France, Switzerland, UK, Morocco, Malta), with various responsibilities at EMEA and Global level (Account Management, Sales Management, Sales Organisation, Business Process, Business Analysis, Business Operations, Sales Efficiency & Effectiveness, Finance, HR checks, HR advise, assessment centers, Acquisition Intergration, Territory and Resource Allocation, Change Management, Programme Management, Content Acquisition and Rights Management, Intrapreneurship and Greenhouse Fund).

In 2012, I started to work as freelance for various clients, with business advisory and career advise mentoring services.


–  Elf Aquitaine (the largest French energy group who bought the german service station network Minol, and then was sold to Total), I worked with them in 1996-1999 and with Total Energies in 2021 to imagine the future skills of energy trading.


– Morpho Systems, (the French market leading biometrics automated fingerprint identification system), sold to the French Safran-Sagem group, in 1996, and now part of Idemia. I articulated the biometric convergence strategy.


– Asta Medica, a pharmaceutical company, part of the german core specialty chemical conglomerate Degussa (now became Evonik Industries AG), in 1995.

  • Mannesmann-Kienzle (sold to Digital Equipment, then to Compaq, then to HP), as a project manager for exporting speed traceability products for trucks, in 1995.
  • Siemens Energy, as a design thinking facilitator in 2018.
  • Nespresso, as an M&A facilitator in 2017
  • Piaget du groupe Richemont, as a trainer in 2016.
